Day 1: Travel to Sandy Haven for your first nights accommodation.

Day 2 : Sandy Haven to St Anne’s Head 9.3 miles /14.8 km (+ 2.5 miles if high tide at Dale)

Day 3: St Anne’s Head to Musselwick Sands 9 miles/14.5km

Day 4: Musselwick Sands to Broad Haven 8.2 miles/13.1 km

Day 5: Broad Haven to Solva 11.1 miles /17.7km

Day 6: Solva to St Justinians (St Davids) 10.7 miles/17.1km
